The nurses were great and attentive. The surgeon and the surgical staff was great also. But my wife had her gallbladder removed, and then had to be transferred to North Austin for a different procedure. North Austin didn't have any information on my wife from Round Rock. At discharge they couldn't even find the name of the surgeon that removed the gallbladder. North Austin said I would need to contact the RR doctor for post surgery follow up. It's been 3 weeks. I've called the hospital multiple times, called the patient advocate, called the practice where the doctor practices, sent emails on the patient portal. Nothing. I've heard nothing back from anyone. We've had our follow up with the North Austin doctor. RR we can't even get a post operation follow up call. I mean you take an organ out of somebody. We receive more feedback from our GPs. I don't know if this is a doctor or procedural issue, but It's like RR just washed their hand of my wife after they transferred here.

From checking in, being assigned my room was excellent. The pre op nurses were on top of their duties even at 5:30 in the morning. The operating room staff were just as friendly and professional. post op was quick and easy. The staff checked and double checked to make I was comfortable and that everything satisfactory. Can’t say enough about St David’s Medical staff. Even the Head Nurse stopped in to make everything was to my liking.

Hello St. David’s, I sincerely hope this message is reviewed, because I want to recognize one of your nurses for the outstanding care she provided. This is not a complaint in any way β€” this is pure praise. RN Jaimee H. was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, intelligent, compassionate, and clearly skilled at what she does. She made me feel at ease during my visit and showed a level of care that truly stood out. I was in the ER on July 16th between approximately 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM, and I was discharged around 5:30 PM. During that time, I noticed how hard Jaimee was working. Even when things seemed stressful and busy, she continued to show patience, dedication, and kindness. She is the type of nurse every patient hopes to have β€” someone who is not only excellent at her job, but also makes people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her customer care, professionalism, and dedication deserve recognition. In my opinion, Jaimee H. is someone worth keeping around, appreciating, and rewarding. Nurses like her make a real difference. Thank you for taking the time to read this. And to anyone who may feel nervous about going to the ER, I can honestly say that having a nurse like

June 30, 2026: My dad was transfered to the ER last night around 8pm. I've called about 5 times trying to get an update and each time just left on hold 30 plus minutes after being transfered to the ER only for no one to ever pickup after being placed on hold. I know and understand how busy the ER can be but I can't believe that no one in 12 hours has had 5 minutes to call to let me know what's happening. I can't express how unacceptable this is nor how anxious I am. I just want someone to let me know something. I called to speak with a supervisor and I'm currently on hold now for 23 minutes. I truly can't believe this has been my experience.

I had a terrible experience with the birth of my first child at this facility. The only person I can genuinely thank was my nurse, Jennifer, who showed compassion and kindness during an incredibly vulnerable time. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Helio Zapata was the complete opposite. I found him to be extremely lacking in empathy and support throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I ultimately had a C-section, and I was left feeling as though my concerns and preferences were never truly considered. I was also disappointed by the equipment and level of prenatal care provided at Lone Star Circle of Care. It often felt outdated, and aside from listening to my baby’s heartbeat, there seemed to be very little monitoring or reassurance during my pregnancy. At times, I felt less like a patient receiving individualized care and more like I was being processed through a system. If you want to feel like a cow being led through a butcher shop rather than a person experiencing one of the most important moments of their life, this was unfortunately my experience. As a first-time mother, I was scared and had so many questions. After my baby was born, I asked one of the nurses to show me
